The Ambassador Programme

You already recommend us.
This is what that’s worth.

Introduce a business to Voice for All. If they become a client, thirty percent of their first month is yours — paid within seven days of that invoice clearing. No selling, no quota, no contract, and no cap on how many times you do it.

What it pays

Thirty percent of the first month

Our fees are published on the services page, so you can work out your own commission before you introduce anyone. Here it is done for you.

R150

On a Starter client — 30% of R500 per month

R1,500

On a Growth client — 30% of R5,000 per month, and where most clients start

30%

On an Enterprise engagement — of whatever the scoped first month comes to

No cap

On how many businesses you introduce, this year or any other

Being straight with you: this is a one-time payment per client, not a share of everything they ever pay us. We would rather say that plainly on the page than let you discover it in month two. Three Growth referrals is R4,500 — a real amount of money for three conversations you were probably going to have anyway.

“Nearly every client we have came from someone who vouched for us.” Which is the entire reason this programme exists
How it works

Four steps, and you only do the first one

  1. You tell us who they are

A name and a business is enough. Send it through the form, by email, or on WhatsApp. You do not need to have pitched us, quoted anything, or convinced them of anything first.

  2. We have the conversation

We approach them properly — their site read, their business understood — and we tell them honestly whether we can help. If we cannot, we say so. Your name is attached to how we behave, so we behave.

  3. They become a client, or they don’t

Either way you hear from us. We will not leave you guessing about a referral you made three weeks ago, and we will not chase someone who has said no.

  4. You get paid

Thirty percent of their first month, by EFT, within seven days of that invoice clearing. One payment, no invoicing on your side, no forms to fill in.

Who this suits

The people this works best for

You do not need a following, a sales background or a company. You need to know business owners and be willing to say our name.

Existing clients

The most credible ambassadors we have, because they can point at their own site.

Accountants & bookkeepers

You see which businesses are growing before anyone else does.

Brand & marketing consultants

You finish a brand and the client asks who builds the site. Now that question pays.

Photographers & copywriters

You already produce half of what a good site needs, and you meet the owner directly.

Developers who don’t take small jobs

Pass on the work that isn’t worth your rate instead of turning it away for nothing.

Anyone with a network

Chamber members, franchise owners, industry groups — the people who get asked for recommendations.

The terms

All of it, on one page

There is no separate agreement to sign and nothing held back for later. This is the whole arrangement.

  • Thirty percent of the first month, once

Calculated on the client’s first monthly fee before VAT. A one-time payment per client, not a recurring share.

  • Paid within seven days of the invoice clearing

By EFT, to a South African bank account in your name. Not on signature — until money has moved there is no first month to take a percentage of.

  • The business must be new to us

If they are already in conversation with us when your referral arrives, we will tell you that rather than quietly keep the commission.

  • Attribution is on us to track

Send the business name before they contact us, or have them name you on the enquiry form. Either is enough. Where two ambassadors name the same business, the earlier one is paid.

  • Cancellation inside the first month means no commission

If the client cancels or is refunded before that first month completes, nothing is paid. If they leave afterwards, you keep it in full.

  • You are not our employee or our agent

No quota, no exclusivity, no retainer, and nothing to sign. You cannot quote prices, promise timelines or agree scope on our behalf — and you are never expected to.

  • Your own tax is your own business

Commission is paid gross. What you declare to SARS is between you and SARS.

  • Impact Programme referrals are not commissioned

Non-profits in the Impact Programme pay nothing, so there is no first month to take a share of. Send them anyway — that one is not about money.

Two ways into this

Join the programme

Register as an ambassador

Tell us who you are and roughly who you know. We confirm within two working days, and from then on every business you send is tracked against your name. There is nothing to sign and nothing to pay.

Just send us the name

You do not have to register first. Send the business name and we will attach the referral to you and register you at the same time. If they become a client, the commission is yours on exactly the terms above.

The questions everyone asks first

Thirty percent of the referred client’s first monthly fee. On Starter that is R150. On Growth, where most clients start, it is R1,500. On an Enterprise engagement it is 30% of whatever the scoped first month comes to. One payment per client, and no cap on how many you introduce.

Within seven days of the client’s first invoice clearing. We don’t pay on a signature or a handshake, because until money has actually moved there is no first month to take a percentage of. Payment is by EFT to a South African bank account in your name.

No. You introduce us and we take it from there. You are not expected to quote, pitch, negotiate or explain what we do — and you shouldn’t, because you can’t agree scope on our behalf. The most effective ambassadors simply say who we are and let us have the conversation.

Two ways, and either is enough: send us the business name before they contact us, or have them name you on the enquiry form. If a business approached us independently before we heard from you, we will tell you it was already in progress rather than quietly keep the commission. Where two ambassadors name the same business, the earlier one is paid.

If they cancel or are refunded inside their first month, the commission isn’t paid. If they leave after that, you keep it in full. Your payment is tied to a real first month, not to how long the relationship lasts afterwards.

No, but it helps. Existing clients make the most credible ambassadors because they can point at their own site. Accountants, bookkeepers, photographers, brand consultants and anyone else who sits close to small business owners are equally welcome.

Know a business whose website
is quietly costing them work?

Send us the name. If they become a client, thirty percent of their first month is yours — and either way, they get an honest reading of where they stand.
