Technology should never be the reason
good work goes unseen.
Voice for All allocates professional digital development capacity to a small number of South African non-profit organisations each cycle, at no cost. Not a discount, not a trial — a deliberate decision about where our best work goes.
A young programme, run in the open
We would rather show you the real numbers than a page of stock photography.
Organisations individually researched and approached
Cost to a selected organisation — now or later
Ownership of the work stays with the organisation
The only commitment we ask for to begin
Being straight with you: this programme is new. We are not going to claim a decade of partnerships we do not have. Every organisation on our list was researched individually — their mission read, their site used, their process walked — before a single word was written to them. That is the standard we intend to keep as the programme grows.
“What digital challenge would make the biggest difference to your organisation?” The only question we open with
A website is one possible answer, not the question
Most of the time the biggest win is somewhere less visible — a form, a spreadsheet, a report that takes six hours a month to assemble by hand.
Websites
New builds, redesigns and repairs — so the site finally matches the work.
Donation systems
Giving flows that don’t lose people between intent and payment.
Applications & intake
Beneficiary, bursary and programme forms that route themselves.
Dashboards & reporting
Funder reports assembled from live data instead of by hand each quarter.
Databases
Donor, beneficiary and programme records in one place you can trust.
Volunteer systems
Sign-up, scheduling and communication without the WhatsApp scramble.
Resource libraries
Training material and documents your people can actually find.
Automation
The repetitive admin that quietly consumes a staff member every week.
Partnership portals
Somewhere corporate partners can see their impact without emailing you.
Four steps, and the first one is fifteen minutes
-
A short conversation
Fifteen minutes, not an hour. We want to understand what actually slows your organisation down — not to present a proposal at you.
-
We scope the real problem
You get a plain-language summary of what we’d build, what it would change, and how long it takes. If the honest answer is “you don’t need us”, we’ll say that.
-
We build it
Designed, developed and launched by us, with progress shared along the way. Hosting, security and setup are handled — there is nothing for you to configure.
-
It stays yours
The work belongs to your organisation. We stay available for changes, and we never hold your files, content or data hostage to a relationship you didn’t ask for.
What we look for
We take on a small number of organisations at a time, because the work is done properly or not at all.
-
Work that is already happening
We support organisations doing the work now — not concepts waiting on funding.
-
A problem we can actually solve
Something specific, where better technology saves hours or unlocks funding.
-
One person who can decide
A single point of contact who can answer questions and sign things off.
-
Willingness to tell us how it went
Honest feedback afterwards, and permission to reference the work if you’re happy.
Two ways into this
Tell us what’s in your way
You don’t need a brief, a budget or a technical vocabulary. Describe the thing that wastes the most time or loses the most donors, and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help. No charge, no obligation, and no expectation of future business.
Start the conversationFund digital capacity, not another logo
CSI budgets routinely fund events and equipment. They rarely fund the systems that let an NGO run on less admin and report on more impact. Sponsor a build through Voice for All: you fund it, the organisation receives it free, and we deliver and document the outcome.
Discuss a partnershipThe questions everyone asks first
Yes. Selected organisations are not invoiced, and nothing quietly converts to a paid plan afterwards. If you later want something beyond the scope we agreed, we’ll talk about it then — and you are free to say no.
There isn’t a catch, but there is a reason. Completed work becomes evidence — a case study we can show larger organisations and corporate funders. That evidence is what allows the programme to grow and fund more of this work. We ask permission to reference what we built; we never require it.
No — and a website is often the wrong place to start. Donation flows, intake forms, dashboards, databases, volunteer systems, reporting and automation are all in scope. The right project is whichever one saves the most time or unlocks the most support.
Your organisation does. Files, content and data are yours, and we’ll hand everything over whenever you ask — including if you decide to move to another provider.
No. Size isn’t the filter — a clearly defined problem is. Some of the most useful things we can build take a week and save a small team several hours every month.
If technology is holding your work back,
we’d like to hear about it.
Fifteen minutes. No pitch, no proposal, no obligation. Just a conversation about what would actually be most useful to your organisation.
